We have sought to equip the home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you may want for a luxurious stay.
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and consists of the following…

Parking & Garden
There is space for two cars under the carport and the front lawn can be used for any additional vehicles you may have. Please make sure to lock the driveway gate at night for your own safety. Park your Vehicles after the beam.
General House Information
Arrival – Check in time is 3pm.
Departure – Check out time is 10am.
Should you require a later check-out we will do our best to accommodate you, but we need to know beforehand. If we have guests arriving the same day, it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to housekeeping needing to prepare for those guests.
Check out process:
When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done:
- Take the rubbish out to the bins. (Municipal rubbish is collected on Tuesdays)
- Turn off the indoor lights.
- Lock the house.
- Set the Alarm
- Leave the keys where you collected them upon arrival.

Cleaning
You will find the house clean upon your arrival. If you require domestic help for cleaning, washing, and ironing during your stay this can be arranged – an extra payment will apply.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house. Ashtrays are provided and may be used for smoking on the decks or outdoors.
The Management of Big Fish Seaside Cottage cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses or injury whatsoever due to accidents, theft, fire or any other circumstances. Right of admission reserved.

- The House is Solar Powered, apart from the Air-conditioned.
- Microwave.
- Gas Stove & oven.
- Tea/coffee making facilities.
- Tumble dryer.
- Two fridge/freezers.
- Water tanks – 1 x 5000 litre water tank. Please use water sparingly as
there are supply problems from the Ugu Municipality throughout the
whole area. We encourage you to buy drinking water for your own safety
